Ginger Cookies
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup dark molasses
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsb salt
- 2 tsb cinnamon
- 2 tsb ginger
- Cream sugar and shortening. Add molasses and eggs.
- Stir dry ingredients.
- Ball into Walnut sized servings, dredge in 1/4c sugar.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
