Lemon Poppy Overnight Oats

  1. 1 Prepare the overnight oats
  2. In a bowl or container with a lid, combine the oats, agave, non-dairy milk, poppy seeds, juice from the lemon, and a pinch of salt. Cover and refrigerate the oats overnight or for at least 8 hours.
  3. 2 Serve
  4. Divide the overnight oats into 4 serving dishes. When you’re ready to eat, top with the almonds, dried blueberries, and almond butter.
