  1. Remove stems from the sugar rush chili peppers and discard. Toss the peppers into a food processor.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
  3. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer about 20 minutes.
  5. Process again if needed, and strain. Discard the solids.
  6. Pour into a bottle and serve as desired!
