Peppered Beef Tips
- 1 pound boneless beef round tip roast or round steak, cut into 1- to 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed French onion soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Black pepper
- Hot cooked rice (optional)
- Combine beef, soups, garlic and pepper in slow cooker, stir to blend. Cover, Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours.
- Serve over rice, if desired.
