  1. Add cashews and raisins; roast until golden brown. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. To the same pan, add oil.
  3. Roast semolina until light golden brown and fragrant (2-3 minutes on medium heat).
  4. Transfer roasted semolina to a bowl and set aside.
  5. Add the remaining clarified butter and stir for another 1-2 minutes or until the mixture starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  6. Add cardamom powder, roasted cashews and raisins; mix well.
  7. Serve warm.
