Roast Pork Shoulder
- 5 pounds boneless pork shoulder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup salt
- 4 tsb brown sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- Remove excess fat and skin from pork
- Rub sugar and salt into pork. Wrap amd fridge pork for 12 hours
- Preheat oven to 300
- Wipe mixture off skin
- Roast 6 hours, basting hourly
- Take out, coat in brown sugar and salt
- Jack up oven to 500, bake 15 minutes to develop crust
