Runza Dough
- Yeast mixture
- 1 cup mashed potato
- 1 cup potato water
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 2 packets yeast

- Flour mixture
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup flour, divided
- Keep warm: 76 degrees
- Mix yeast mixture together to 115°
- Add yeast. Cover with plastic. Sit 90 minutes
- Whisk butter, sugar eggs into bowl
- Add 8 C flour with paddle
- Add 4 C flour with dough hook
- Check elasticity
- Divide in half, put in bowls. Let sit 90 minutes
- Roll out, cut into 2x4 rectangles with pizza cutter
- Add 1 cup filling to each, pinch opposite corners
- Bake at 325° for 30ish minutes
- Brush with butter
